• Integrated pneumatic bead hold-down device applies controlled downward pressure to the tyre bead on the opposite side of the rim during mounting, preventing the already-mounted bead from lifting out of the drop centre well and allowing the final section of the tyre to be guided over the rim flange without excessive force.
• 360° rotation capability allows the bead hold-down head to follow the tyre rotation continuously during the powered mounting cycle, maintaining consistent bead control around the full circumference of the tyre without the technician needing to reposition the device.
